As discussed at the December Monthly Meeting, Please see the Department of Corrections, Human Resources Bulletin 99-01 as amended November 6, 2009 "Drug Testing Policy", which is attached for your convenience in PDF.
These drug testing guidelines are in conformity with the Law Enforcement Drug Testing Policy established by the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey promulgated September 1998. The Attorney General Guidelines are posted on the union website under downloads.
