United HealthCare Insurance Proposal
Posted On: Oct 14, 2017

The Executive Board is proud to be able to give back to our Active and Retired members and have been working diligently to obtain a life insurance policy at no additional cost to the member. The proposed policy is a $20,000 benefit with a double indemnity clause for accidental death raising the benefit to $40,000. This policy proposal from United Healthcare is the best value for the Association that also provides a valuable benefit to the member. Please take a moment to look it over. We will be voting on the proposal at the November 9 meeting. If this proposal is approved at the meeting, every member will be required to fill out a new Membership Application that will contain the Primary and Secondary Beneficiary information. This must be maintained by the Association so that the benefit will be given to the benificiary of your choosing. Thank You.
